For the 2026/27 CPD year, Class 1 and 2 Agents who hold a dual licence in Stock and Station AND in Property Management or Strata, the below 4 topics must be completed over 7 hours for Stock and Station. This is in ADDITION to CPD for main area of practice, ie Property Management or Strata.

Supervision Guidelines and AML CTF in agency practice
Total of 7 hours delivery time for 4 topics
