For the 2026/27 CPD year, Class 1 and 2 Residential Salespeople must complete 7 hours of training on the below 4 topics:
Auction Laws and Practice
Contracts
Supervision Guidelines and AML CTF in Agency Practice
Marketing Services, Scope of Practice & Licensing Obligations
Total of 7 hours delivery time for 4 topics
*Class 1 agents also need to complete:
