Residential Salespeople and Buyer’s Agents
Requirements
For the 2025/26 CPD year, Class 1 and 2 Residential Salespeople / Buyers Agents must complete 7 hours of training on the below 4 topics:
Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing
Under The Hammer understands the importance of flexibility for busy agents. We offer the required topics in 2 formats for your convenience:
Option 1: Complete all requirements in one day:
Complete all 4 required topics at a face-to-face venue near you (7 hours)
Option 2: Break it up and complete your requirements across 2 sessions:
Complete 3 of the required topics via Zoom (4 hours)
Complete the residential tenancy reforms topic at a face-to-face venue near you (3 hours)
Class 1 agents also need to attend a NSW Office of Fair Trading accredited event forum for 5 hours. Under The Hammer and other CPD providers cannot deliver this component – you will need to contact OFT directly for more information about this component if needed
