Requirements
For the 2025/26 CPD year, Class 1 and 2 Residential Salespeople / Buyers Agents must complete 7 hours of training on the below 4 topics:
Privacy Law Reforms
Mitigating Risk and Managing Psychosocial Hazards in the Workplace
Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing
Total of 4 hours delivery time for 3 topics
Residential Tenancy Reforms
Total of 3 hours delivery time for 1 topic
Under the Hammer is an NSW OFT approved provider of this topic (not all CPD providers can deliver this topic)
Under The Hammer understands the importance of flexibility for busy agents. We offer the required topics in 2 formats for your convenience:
Option 1: Complete all requirements face-to-face or online in one day:
Complete all 4 required topics at a face-to-face venue near you (7 hours)
Complete all 4 required topics online via Zoom Virtual Classroom (7 Hours)
Option 2: Break it up and complete your requirements across 2 Zoom sessions:
Complete 3 topics (4 hours) in one session, and the Residential Tenancy Reforms topic (3 hours) in another. Mix and match dates to suit your schedule.
