Requirements
For the 2025/26 CPD year, Class 1 and 2 Commercial Agents must complete the below 4 topics over 5 hours, via either a Zoom Webinar or Face-to-Face training session.
Privacy Law Reforms
Mitigating risk and managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace
Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing
Retail and Commercial Leasing (including Heads of Agreement).
Class 1 agents also need to attend a NSW Office of Fair Trading accredited event forum for 5 hours. Under The Hammer and other CPD providers cannot deliver this component – you will need to contact OFT directly for more information about this component if needed.
