Requirements

For the 2026/27 CPD year, Class 1 and 2 Commercial Agents must complete the below 4 topics over 7 hours, via either a Zoom Webinar or Face-to-Face training session.

  • GST In Commercial Property Transactions

  • Rules of Conduct Refresher

  • Fire Safety Regulations

  • Supervision Guidelines and AML CTF in Agency Practice

Total of 7 hours delivery time for 4 topics

Class 1 agents also need to complete:
