Requirements
For the 2026/27 CPD year, Class 1 and 2 Residential Property Managers must complete 7 hours of training on the below 3 topics:
Domestic Violence Reforms
Residential Tenancy - Revisit Reforms Plus Common Mistakes
Repairs, Maintenance and Habitability
Total of 7 hours delivery time for 3 topics
Class 1 agents also need to complete:
