Residential Property Managers
Requirements
For the 2025/26 CPD year, Class 1 and 2 Residential Property Managers must complete 7 hours of training on the below 4 topics:
Navigating NCAT
Under The Hammer understands the importance of flexibility for busy agents. We offer the required topics in 2 formats for your convenience:
Option 1: Complete all requirements Face-to-Face in one day:
Complete all 4 required topics at a face-to-face venue near you (7 hours)
Option 2: Break it up and complete your requirements across 2 Zoom sessions:
Complete 3 topics (4 hours) in one session, and the Residential Tenancy Reforms topic (3 hours) in another. Mix and match dates to suit your schedule.
*Class 1 agents also need to attend a NSW Office of Fair Trading accredited event forum for 5 hours. Under The Hammer and other CPD providers cannot currently deliver this component – you will need to contact OFT directly for more information about this if needed
