The NSW Office of Fair Trading requires all licensed agents to complete CPD (Continuing Professional Development) within each anniversary year, regardless of when their licence is due for renewal.

The current 2025/26 CPD year aligns with the financial year, commencing 1 July 2025 and ending on 30 June 2026.

For the 2025/2026 year, depending on your licence type, you’ll need to complete 4 compulsory topics delivered over 4–7 hours (more for dual licence holders).

This training may be completed through Zoom (max 25 participants) and/ or Face-to-Face classes (max 40 participants). From 1 July 2025, online self-paced CPD is no longer permitted.
