CPD for Agents in the ACT


ACT CPD Obligations


CPD for ACT Agents comprises 12 points, which can be obtained via:

8 points (“Category 3”) – one unit of competency from a recognised qualification relevant to the Real Estate industry. Under The Hammer utilises units of competency from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and the CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management).

4 points (“Category 2”)– other training or elective topics relevant to the Real Estate industry.

Class 1 and Class 2 Agents in the ACT are required to complete 12 points of CPD between 1 July and 30 June each year.

Certificate of Registration holders (Assistant Agents) in the ACT are required to complete 12 points of CPD between 1 November and 31 October each year.

All Class 1 and Class 2 Agents in the ACT are required to complete 12 points of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) between 1 July and 30 June each year.

CPD comprises 12 points, which is made up of:

Under The Hammer offers CPD as either the complete 12 points (one unit of competency and one elective topic) OR 8 points (one unit of competency only).
