Each CPD year, Assistant Agents must complete three units from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. These units contribute toward the qualification required to upgrade to a Class 2 licence, which must be achieved within four years of receiving a Certificate of Registration. 

While this structure is well understood, what tends to cause issues each year isn’t the requirement itself; it’s timing. 

The recurring challenge: leaving it too late

For those already enrolled in Certificate IV units, the focus is straightforward: continue progressing and complete what you’ve started. 

This is less about finding new training options, and more about maintaining momentum.
